Ce trebuie sa stii despre compresorul masinii tale?
Compresorul aparatului de aer conditionat este cea mai solicitata piesa a acestui sistem si este actionat cu ajutorul motorului masinii, prin intermediul unor trolii si curele. Functia compresorului este aceea de a comprima aerul si de a il transfera din partea de joasa tensiune a sistemului catre cea de inalta presiune. Compresorul are rolul de a trage agentul de racire in timp ce acesta se afla in stare gazoasa de la evaporatorul in care acumuleaza caldura. Ulterior, rolul sau este de a comprima agentul gazos la presiune inalta si de a il trimite spre comentator. In medie, intr-un minut, agentul de racire finalizeaza un ciclu in cadrul sistemului de aer conditionat, timp in care compresorul este utilizat la capacitate maxima.
Lichidul pleaca din evaporator de unde este transformat cu ajutorul agentului de racire in vapori, este comprimat la mare presiune si trece prin condensator pentru a deveni din nou lichid, ulterior deplasandu-se prin dispozitivul de reductie, inapoi la evaporator in aproximativ 1 minut. In momentul in care compresorul nu functioneaza, acest ciclu de un minut, nu poate fi facut ceea ce inseamna ca este nevoie ca aceasta componenta sa fie inlocuita pentru ca instalatia sa functioneze in parametri optimi.
